Size 4.5 and 6.5 mm needles; size 6.5 mm circular needle, 100 cm long; size 4.5 mm circular needle, 80 cm long; size 4.5 mm crochet hook

Gauge: 16 sts and 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm in main patt on size 6.5 mm needles.
